12 Private 1:1 Sessions with Me

Two 90-minute sessions per month, held over Zoom.

6 Monthly Check-In Calls

Once per month, we'll connect for a 30-60 minute check-in between your two full sessions.

This is your space to receive support in real time—whether you're processing a breakthrough, navigating a challenge, or need guidance before an intimate moment with your partner.

Here's how our monthly rhythm flows:
Week 1: 90-minute deep dive session
Week 2: Check-in call (30-60 min)
Week 3: 90-minute deep dive session
Week 4: Rest and integration
During 5 week months, you’ll also get a bonus check in call.

Unlimited Messaging Support

You're not alone between sessions.
